1. Are your shoe sizes US or UK?

All our shoe sizes are listed as US sizing.

2. Do you double box Online orders?

Yes. All orders are boxed. Delicate items will also be wrapped in bubble wrap when possible.

3. Do you ship Overseas?

Currently we do not ship overseas. Nike/Jordan and Adidas products are not allowed to be shipped outside Australia.

4. Do you offer "bulk" discounts?

No we don't. As we are a retail Store we do not supply bulk quantities. Commercial purchases are expressly forbidden. Orders for Clubs/Teams are welcomed. Please contact us at for Club/Team queries.

5. Can you "order in" this product (insert product we don't currently carry)?

Unfortunately we are unable to special order anything in. We have to place our Orders around 4-6 months in advance of receiving them. Our suppliers generally do not hold extra stock either. If a product is not current season stock there is basically zero chance we can locate it. 

6. Why don't you carry (insert shoe/tee/jersey etc seen online or at another store)?

Our Brands choose what products they feel will work best with our consumer base. We have some input in these decisions but not a lot. Some styles/colours may be exclusive to a larger retailer or certain products may be deemed of strategic importance and have to sit in certain retail spaces.

We do everything we can to keep expanding our offering, feel free to hit up our Brand partners and suggest we stock more products of theirs. Direct feedback from consumers can actually help a heap.

7. When will my Order ship?

We aim to process every order placed before 1pm WST on weekdays. Orders placed after that will be processed the next day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be ready to ship on the following Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a Public Holiday).

We aim to have In Store pickup orders ready within 30 minutes if placed during Business Hours. Delays may occur if we are busy.

8. Will Gabe ever touch the rim?

Never say never, but don't hold your breath. Updates will be provided on Tiktok and IG.

9. Will my Gift Card be automatically fulfilled?

All our Orders are fulfilled manually. This means there may be a slight delay with Gift Card orders placed outside of normal Business Hours.
